Human Resource team has a dual role to play.

One the one hand, they are the spokesperson of the management, and on the other they are custodians of the culture charter within the organization.

They step in and handle awkward workplace conversations, make great efforts to manage the teams when a change in policies are being rolled out and so on. They have their fingers on the pulse of the teams and this makes them kings in their own right.
